Circle the City’s Parsons Family Health Center provides primary care and preventative healthcare for individuals and families experiencing homelessness.

A state-of-the-art facility where walk-ins are welcome, the health center provides a range of primary health care services, from prenatal checkups to well child visits, behavioral health services to substance abuse therapy, and case management to health and wellness groups for more than 4,000 individuals every year.

It also ensures that patients discharged from the Medical Respite Center have access to ongoing primary care services, helping them stay on their journey to wellness.

CTC’s Parsons Family Health Center, along with the Medical Respite Center and the mobile health clinic, work together to provide a comprehensive continuum of healthcare for the medically vulnerable experiencing homelessness in Maricopa County.
